Germany's probably largest Durga Puja community has decided to present this year's festivities online due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This might be a wise step since a notable number of the community members are elderly persons assigned to risk groups. The Bharat Samiti association will be announcing virtual meeting sessions for online puja, e.g. Anjali, on their website www.durgapuja.de and on their Facebook page.
